Let's explore the Idea - 

    The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a virus has turned much of humanity into Kabane, zombie-like creatures with superhuman strength and an insatiable hunger for human flesh. The remaining survivors live in fortified cities and travel between them on heavily-armored trains. The story follows a young man named Ikoma, who is a skilled mechanic and inventor. He has created a weapon called the Tsuranukizutsu (piercing gun), which is a powerful gun that can pierce the Kabane's steel-plated heart. Ikoma has also invented a serum that can cure people who have been bitten by the Kabane, turning them into Kabaneri, a hybrid of human and Kabane with enhanced abilities. As the story progresses, Ikoma and a group of survivors embark on a journey on a steam locomotive called the Iron Fortress, hoping to find a safe haven from the Kabane threat. Along the way, they encounter various challenges and battles, as well as new allies and enemies. The story explores themes of survival, human nature, and the consequences of unchecked power
